My fantastic friends of the MTC!

Summer is a great time to get outside and get in shape! This summer I am doing daily exercise in the morning (7:30-9:00 am on average) consisting of hiking, biking, and calisthenics exercises at Kiwanis park. I would like to extend an invitation to any and all whom are interested and/or need a little extra motivation to stay in shape.  For those whom may not know, calisthenics is defined as "gymnastic exercises to achieve bodily fitness and grace of movement." Exercises can include running, push-ups, pull-ups, lunges and much much more.  This type of exercise is very functional for daily tasks, people of all fitness levels can find something that will work for them and the best part is... ITS FREE!! :)  Generally Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday are calisthenics/running days at Kiwanis park and Wednesday and Thursday mornings are biking/hiking days. If anyone is interested in joining at any time just let me know the day before so I can plan on it. 385-222-5199

Love you all!
